Dr. Walimohammad Rasool Khan is the Founder and the Pillar of Vishal Maharashtra Education Society. He is a guiding light for all the four Schools managed under the V.M.E. Society. He established the School in the year 1992 with an intention to impart quality education to the children of slum area in its vicinity.

He dedicated his entire life in striving for the upliftment of the children of weaker section through Education. The Urdu and English medium Schools of V.M.E. Society were started with a student strength of just 20. But as a result of his dedicated work for more than 25 years, the Urdu and English medium sections of the School today have a combined strength of 1600 students.
